Older material used Nordwerk as a Shopify infrastructure umbrella. That description is not the current public corporate map.
Current position
Ladenfertig, Grundpreis and Surfaced remain separate front records inside Midnight.Shopping. Shared Shopify implementation is a capability, not another subdivision or customer-facing company.
What this page does not claim
It does not claim a separate Nordwerk business, consolidated Shopify organization, active sales, or working fulfillment. Current front status lives in the portfolio register.
Why the URL remains
The old URL is retained as a truthful redirect destination for earlier links instead of silently turning historical copy into current canon.
