Midnight.Shopping is the portfolio index for the commerce work inside Midnight. It records what exists, what is held, and what must be proven next. It is not a claim that every front is launched or commercially ready.

Ladenfertig is the selected fast-cash service test and now carries a public price. RaveKit is the parallel physical-commerce proof and stays closed. The other fronts remain preserved and truthful while their delivery gates are repaired.
Ladenfertig Price live
The bounded Shopify Launch-Check publishes a fixed price of EUR 149 as a final total — under § 19 UStG no VAT is shown. Booking is inquiry-first: you send a non-binding availability request with a unique reference, and a binding offer plus a personal payment link follow only after the intake is accepted. Delivery is a prioritised P0/P1/P2 fix list and a 15–20 minute narrated video handover within two working days of payment. No customer order has been settled yet.
RaveKit Sales hold
The store is password-held. Supplier quote, landed margin, sample, compliance and one controlled order/refund must pass before it reopens or receives paid traffic.

Stores
RaveKit, Pfotenkorb and Tischwohl share Shopify implementation patterns. They do not share supplier, legal, margin or fulfillment proof.
Services and software
Ladenfertig sells: a fixed EUR 149 Shopify Launch-Check with published scope and delivery time. Grundpreis is a technical pilot with installation closed, and Eventklar runs a free Hamburg directory while its paid tiers stay unreleased.
Digital and retained work
Markenstart publishes a truthful sales hold; tax treatment is settled (§ 19 UStG) but checkout stays fail-closed until payment, exact download delivery, receipt and refund behaviour pass. Spotschmiede is not a standalone launch. Surfaced is a retained scaffold, not a live product.
